Review of the client’s ISMS framework and their policies, standards, guidelines and procedures

Our client, an international private hire, courier and coach service company, were seeking to improve their security and GDPR compliance position and remediate gaps identified in their information security policies and procedures.

Approach

We defined the scope of our client’s ISMS, identified gaps and completed remediation work, including defining the information security standards suite and foundational processes. The work also included the creation of a Secure Software Development Lifecycle standard.

Results

The client was able to quickly and efficiently improve their security policy and standards, and develop an improvement programme to evidence compliance and meet external requirements.
