The security team, sitting under operations, were dealing with a legacy of policies, standards processes and technologies that were not suited to Cloud or Agile.

Savanti worked to secure board level buy in for Security, moved the team out of operations and created teams that supported the business objectives. The newly formed security testing team delivered security products to the software development and infrastructure teams and paved the way for self-service low friction security. These changes unlocked the speed and power of the development teams whilst still maintaining security – turning the security function into an enabler.
