Priority remediation actions for cloud-based services

Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturer, had worked with us to establish a baseline maturity for information security and a transformation programme of works. Priority remediation actions included improved access controls and configuration of a number of cloud-based services.

Approach

We worked through a series of platform use cases to identify specific risks and possible controls to be implemented. These included design and implementation of multi-factor authentication, evaluation and configuration of SaaS platform security features, file system restructure and improvement of identity and access management for cloud services.

Results

Our work enabled the client to take advantage of native cloud security features to improve their cloud security posture. With this added assurance the client was able to accelerate their adoption of new cloud services.
