Our client, a global online retailer, asked for our support in enhancing their incident management arrangements in preparation for future security incidents.


We reviewed their existing procedures and arrangements to identify areas of good practice on which to build and develop a comprehensive incident management framework. Improvements focused on management processes, operational playbooks for common incident types, and templates for press and customer communications.


With Savanti’s support, the client was able to effectively implement the improved arrangements, integrating them with existing IT activities where appropriate to ensure they were prepared for future security incidents.
