This complex, multi-national organisation faced significant challenges and information security risk in the divestment of a major part of their business. They were required to provide secure IT services to the acquiring business, whilst simultaneously trying to protect their own key information and IT assets.
Savanti are leading the delivery of a complex programme of activities to remediate identified risks. This includes reviewing procedures for identity and access management and incident response, introducing new capabilities such as data loss prevention and monitoring of high-risk users, and carrying out audit and assurance activities.
