Our client, a FTSE 250 retailer, required assistance when creating a new information strategy and transformation plan, in order to ensure that investments and resources were used in the most effective way.
Approach
We led a combined information security & GDPR risk analysis in order to prioritise risks and assess the relative cost and effort of remediation. We set up an agile transformation programme and enabled a hopper process to manage remediation actions and enable quick response to any new risks or changing requirements.
Results
Through effective identification and management of remediation activities, the client was able to establish the foundations for a strategic information security function and quickly mitigate high criticality risks.
