James Smith

Biography

James is an experienced information security leader with broad IT delivery, audit and information security management expertise gained across the private and public sectors. ​

He has a proven track record of helping organisations of all shapes and sizes understand and manage their information security risks.  James focuses on developing and implementing information security frameworks that can enable organisational goals and satisfy external requirements; and works with those organisations to ensure that their information security functions and programmes are efficient and add value.​

Previous positions include being the first CISO at the University of Oxford, a Cyber Security Senior Manager at PwC, and a range of IT delivery roles at CSC.
